To Pray Is to Be in Constant Contemplation, As Are the Souls of Monks and Nuns

Message of Our Lord Jesus Christ to Christine in France on July 23, 2025

[THE LORD] No, My children, you have not listened to Me; you listen to Me with a distracted ear, but without paying attention to the depth of My Words spoken for you, to save you, to deliver you to Salvation and to bring you into My Home.

To pray is to be in constant contemplation, as are the souls of monks and nuns. To pray is to enter and remain in silence and not to be distracted by the noises of the world, which are nothing but entertainment of all kinds. To pray is to be and to become silence, a silence that lifts your souls into My Heaven of Glory, which gives them life.

Children, I have waited and I am waiting, but the hour is coming when you will have to give an account of your lives, of your love for Me, your Savior. Do not wait, do not wait any longer, but enter into silence, close your doors to the noises and calls of the world, and in contemplation come and find Me, Me, your Savior, your Shepherd, your Shepherd. If you do not come to Me, you will fall into the deepest depths of the Earth, and who will come to deliver you, guide you to the shore of My Heart, and bring the honey of My Word to your lips?

Children, time is short, and you do not see it. You continue to live in ignorance, closing your eyes and ears to the calls of Heaven, for fear of losing your freedom. But what freedom do you have, you who are constantly deceived and trapped by the Evil One, who lies in wait to make you fall and fall again and again? Cease your ignorance, cease to be and remain ignorant, and open your hearts and souls to the calls of Heaven, which are becoming ever more urgent!

Children, come to Me, that I may place on your foreheads and in your hearts the mark of My Holy Spirit of love, and you will no longer be trapped by demonic spirits, but at the sight of your sign, they will flee far away, for demons fear the sign of My Cross; they flee screaming in pain just at the sight of it, for My sign pierces their entrails like a burning sword of Fire, and their pain is so intense that they flee with loud cries, far from My sight.

Children, man must learn to pray unceasingly, with his heart open to the Heaven of My Heart, which is, in itself, an open Heaven. Children, through your prayers, you fill the Earth with Light, you bring peace to all around you, and the demons flee, and in the invisible realm, the peace that is being established and that is coming bears the fruit of love, which is gentleness and tenderness.

I come to you, children, to bring you My peace in these times of turmoil, in these times when lies reign and when those who want your downfall through your disobedience lead you astray. Children, have your hearts in Heaven and in the Heaven of My Heart. Read the Scriptures; in the light of My Word you will be nourished and enlightened, you will be guided and you will find peace. Do not seek to understand, but let yourselves be taught. Love is transmitted to open hearts, and in My Presence, those same hearts expand and blossom.

Through My Blood shed, I have marked you with the Seal of My Covenant. Through Me, children, you live; through Me, Life is given to you! Therefore, I ask you, children, to come and consecrate your lives in My Tabernacles, where I am truly present, where I wait for you day and night to bring within you the Fruit of My Word, which will be and is, for each of your lives, a River of Living Water, of renewal and strength. Do not be afraid and do not listen to the contrary winds, which are the voices of the devil seeking to draw you away from My Presence and to lose you. In silence alone and in the interiority of the heart, man finds the Way. He who humbles himself cannot deny, he who rises at the call of My Heart can only rise again, and he who comes to Me enters into trust and finds confidence. The voice of the Evil One, if it disturbs him, will disturb him only for a moment, because My Spirit, upon him and within him, shows him the way and makes him hear My voice in the silence of the heart, far from the appetites of the world.

Children, in silence I come to you to bring you My Home and open you to true Life, for life does not reside in matter but in the spirit, and the spirit that awakens is like the awakening of a blade of grass at the first glimmer of the sun as it casts its first ray of light upon it. My children, come to Me and bring Me your lives, that I may take them to My heart and give them refuge and strength.

In these times, children, when the Light will grow dim, keep your strength and courage and never despair. Because men have closed their hearts, darkness is gradually invading the space around them and hearts are becoming heavy, eyes blind and ears deaf. All this is the work of the Evil One to make you sink, but do not allow yourselves to be trapped or imprisoned in lies. Rise up and seek within yourselves the living forces that remain.

Heaven has made its home in man, and light always conquers the darkest night. Children, I call you to be vigilant; the great Night is coming, the one that will cover the Earth with a blanket of torpor, and men, in the night of those times, will no longer dare to go forward.

Children, put on the armor of the warrior (2) and, with the strength of faith, you will overcome, and neither falsehood nor the scythe will be able to bring you down. Keep your heart in the Heart and your soul on the alert, for in these times of lies, pain will try to trap you and thus bring you down.

Children, do not listen to the world or to the noise of those who cause disorder, nor to the lies of those who fight to imprison you, but keep your soul joyful in the choir of My Heart and come with Me to sing praise and glory to the Eternal Father, who will deliver you from the turpitudes of the world and the traps of the Devil.

Children, come and pray in the Dwelling, heart to Heart, and in silence you will be victorious over the traps and misdeeds of the Evil One who constantly lies in wait for you and seeks to make you fall. Do not be afraid, for I, the Watcher, the only Watcher, am watching over you and watching your steps to lead you to the Light, the divine Light that awaits each one of you and will bring you deliverance. Children, enter the courts of Heaven; pray heart to Heart, and even amid the noise of the world, you will be heard by the Heavenly Father, who will carry your requests and your dwellings within Himself.

Have confidence, keep confidence, do not be afraid! Fear is the trap of the Evil One to make you sink, to paralyze you and prevent you from walking upright, but in the Light of My Heart, children, you are guided and safeguarded, you are saved. Meditate on My Sacred Heart, and you will be enlightened and guided.

Go in peace, and may My Word bear fruit in you and guide your steps in the eternal Light!
