I see Saint Charbel bathed in a beautiful light. He is accompanied by Saint Rafka, who can be seen at his left side, and Blessed Estephan, who stands at his right side. Saint Charbel holds the Vulgate (Holy Scripture) in his hands and says:
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Beloved friends of Jesus, I want to plant cedars of faith in your hearts, because Jesus desires it! I do not come to you with my friends of my own will, but because it is the Lord’s will.
I pray fervently for you, together with my friends, before the throne of Jesus. May the divine flame that surrounded the heart of the Virgin Mary—even during Her life on earth—also illuminate your hearts! I see into your hearts and ask you: Be reconciled with Jesus through the Holy Sacrament of Confession, and it will be a great celebration for you when you are reconciled with Jesus!
Your guardian angels will celebrate this reconciliation in heaven, for the joy over the Sacrament of Holy Confession, when you receive it, is great in heaven! In the Old Testament there was the Jubilee Year, and look—every day you can claim this Jubilee Year, this reconciliation with Jesus, for yourselves, without having to wait years for it! Pray fervently for peace in the world and in Lebanon! Pray fervently for the Christians in the Middle East!"
Saint Charbel opens the Vulgate and shows us Psalm 44, verses 2–9:
2 O God, we have heard it with our own ears; our fathers have told us what You did in their days, in days of old. 3 You drove out nations to plant them there; you shattered tribes to make room for them.
4 They did not conquer the land by the sword; their own strength did not bring them victory, but your right hand, your arm, and the light of your face—for you took pleasure in them. 5 You, my King and my God, are the one who promises victory to Jacob. 6 Through You we struck down our adversaries; in Your name we trampled our enemies.
7 I did not rely on my bow; my sword could not bring me victory. 8 No, You saved us from our adversaries and put our haters to shame. 9 God was our glory all day long; we wanted to praise Your name forever.
Saint Charbel speaks to us:
"Remain steadfast in the faith, and the Lord will reward you and be at your side. The waves of heresy will pass. God remains! We will take your concerns before the Lord’s throne."
Saint Charbel will bless us later with the priest. Thank you very much. Saint Charbel returns to the light with his holy friends, and they all disappear. The apparition was accompanied by an oily, sweet, oriental floral scent.

Personal note:
According to Scripture, a Jubilee Year was celebrated every 50th year, after seven times seven Sabbatical years. It involved a complete remission of debts, the freeing of slaves, the return of land, and a year of fallow.
